✅ Homes sold: 2,192 (down 8% from Aug, down 3% YoY)

✅ Average price: $452,849 (down 1.8% from last month, up 2.8% YoY)

🏘️ By Property Type:

   •   Detached: $554K ↓ from Aug

   •   Semi-Detached: $434K ↑ from Aug

   •   Townhomes: $303K ↑ again

   •   Condos: $207K ↓ 5% from Aug
